Supervise all areas of the service of our guests to ensure adherence to JPH standards regarding quality, service, and cleanliness including:

  • Staffing (hiring, training, recruiting)

  • Controlling costs (labor, food costs, repairs, etc.)

  • Neighborhood marketing

  • Safety

  • Creating a pleasant work environment

  • Cash handling

Management Requirements

  • Minimum High School Graduate or GED

  • Eligible for city/state alcohol licensing

  • Food Safety Certification (JPH pays for class)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience

  • Must have a reliable vehicle

  • Must have valid liability insurance

  • Must have a good driving record

  • Energetic

  • Communicates Well

  • Easy to smile

  • Courteous

  • Neat in Appearance
